Password help - Guild Wars Forums

Can someone help me ?
When I put my new password in (I used password reset because I forgot my other previous one) and it keeps saying wrong password. I have completed the process 3 times and still nothing. I feel like I'm going to explode. I just bought it yesterday and I thought this was going to be an awesome game, but i dont know anymore because of this little problem.

u have to put password and then underneath any characters name...both have to be correct...aswell as Email address

Correct me if I'm wrong but you bought the game yesterday, and you used reset because you forgot your password? How on earth is that possible..

Anyway as for what OP askes, if you are for real asking this I would start to doubt if this game if a good thing for you to play if you even have problems loggin in for the first time. But like mentioned before the problem is that you need to fill in the name of a character too (I don't see how this is possible if your gonna log in for the first time though, as you dont got a character then?) Secondly why you reset your password 3 times? Last time I checked 1 time was enough.

Stating this for the chance that this is a fake guru account you are using and you see this as a big joke.. Please, such jokes are in no way funny, as we can't help people that really encounter problems, because we may assume they are joking because more people do so. Please don't abuse the Q&A, if you want to be funny, try Riverside Inn, Sardelac or Off Topic & The Absurd, and laugh for a good while and get your thread closed. Kthnxbai <3

He made his account yesterday. That means he could log in without entering a character name. Today he tries the same thing again and the Game wont let him log in any more. As far as I can see, GW is the only game with the new character name login feature, so its not as if everyone would know about what happened in the past to make this necessary.

I think part of the reason people are "overreacting" was his atrocious English...(until neo fixed it) and the fact that it's not like it's hidden...
